Catia 3D Modeling

CATIA V5 is the leading product development solution for all manufacturing companies, from OEMs through their supply chains to small independent producers. The range of its capabilities allows CATIA V5 to be applied in a wide variety of industries, such as aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, shipbuilding, plant design, and consumer goods, including design for such diverse products as jewelry and clothing.

I can support customer requirements in any version. I also provide advanced functionality, such as design tables, and custom functions and macros through VB and CATScript. My supported design methodologies also include "skeletons", published elements, and contextual design.

Die tooling design in CATIA V5 software is one of my strongest points, primarily in the automobile industry. I provide design services for any stamping operation (drawing dies, forming dies, cutting and punching dies, folding dies, progressive dies).

Unigraphics NX 3D Modeling

UGS NX is a commercial CAD/CAM/CAE PLM software suite developed by Siemens UGS PLM Software. It is commonly referred as a 3D PLM software application. All stages of product development are supported, from conceptualization (CAID) , design (CAD), analysis (CAE) and manufacturing (CAM). NX integrates these product lifecycle stages into an end-to-end process using concurrent engineering workflow, design-in-context and product data management tools that apply across all functional areas.

I have a strong experience in advanced surface modeling and foundry tools desing in Unigraphics NX software.

2D Drawing to 3D Model

A particularly useful service, especially in CNC shops - 2D drawing to 3D model conversion. Quick turnaround is essential in the fast-paced manufacturing environment. For those times, we offer the ability to turn a 2D part print into a 3D solid model.

For manufacturers we can offer support your CAM applications by converting 2D prints to the following 3D model formats: IGES, (.igs, .iges) STEP, (.stp) Parasolids, (.x_t, .x_b,) ACIS, (.sat) DXF, (.dxf) or STL. (.stl) Other options may be availabl, please contact us to find out.

Raster to Vector Conversion

We offer convert Raster to Vector as well. Raster to Vector conversions are done by experts and we don't use any automated software to create the vector which would mean minimum vector nodes, lower image sizes, no overlapping cut lines and files are ready for print production.

Animation - 3D Animation

Through the application of our mechanical experience and expertise, we assist our clients during the conceptualization, 3D design or modeling stage of projects with presentation material in the form of images (in either of these formats, jpeg, tiff or pdf) and detailed animation in .mpeg or .avi files.
